The General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal, Mr. Muhsin Şentürk, paid an official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from November 25 to 29, 2024, upon the invitation of the Attorney General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mujib.  Mr. Şentürk was accompanied by the Deputy General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal, Mr. Rıdvan Gündoğdu, Senior Prosecutors from the General Prosecutor's Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal: Mr. Ömer Erdoğmuş, Mr. Ömer Kara, Mr. Necati Nursal, Mr. Ahmet Kerem Şamlı, Ms. Sibel Dalkılıç, and the Prosecutor Responsible for International Relations, Ms. Seda Türkan Manav Dursun.
During the early days of the visit, important meetings were held at the Mecca Regional Public Prosecutor's Office with the Attorney General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mujib, and his accompanying delegation. These meetings were attended by the Deputy Attorney General of Saudi Arabia, the Head of the International Relations Department, prosecutors, the Head of the Mecca Regional Public Prosecution, the Assistant Head of the Mecca Regional Public Prosecution, and the Head of the Tabuk Regional Public Prosecution.
During these meetings, detailed information was exchanged regarding the structure, functioning, duties, and authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Public Prosecution. It was emphasized that strengthening legal cooperation between the two countries would contribute to the protection of citizens’ rights and the fight against crime. Additionally, the enhancement of cooperation between the Public Prosecutor's Offices of both countries was discussed.
Throughout the visit, Mr. Şentürk also held meetings with the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Medina Region, Mr. Fahad bin Abdülaziz Almajed, and his accompanying delegation. Furthermore, Mr. Şentürk and his delegation met with the Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Jeddah, Mr. Mustafa Ünal.

Mr. Muhsin Şentürk, General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal, welcomed the delegation consisting of Mr. Besim Kelmendi, the Chief State Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Ardian Hajdaraj, Chairman of the Prosecution Council of Kosovo, and members of the Prosecution Council of Kosovo, visiting Ankara upon the official invitation of the Turkish Justice Academy. During the visit, they exchanged information and views on the legal systems of the two countries and the duties, powers, and functioning of the Prosecutor's Offices.

The General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal, Mr. Muhsin Şentürk, paid an official visit to Moscow from 24-28 November 2024, upon the invitation of Mr. Igor Krasnov, the General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation. Mr. Şentürk was accompanied by senior prosecutors from the General Prosecutor's Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal, Mr. Ömer Erdoğmuş, Mr. Osman Kaçar, and the prosecutor responsible for International Relations, Ms. Seda Türkan Manav Dursun.

During the visit, meetings were held at the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, where both sides exchanged information regarding their respective judicial systems. Emphasis was placed on the importance of strengthening legal cooperation between the two countries, which would contribute to enhancing the protection of citizens' rights and combating transnational crime.

Mr. Şentürk also held official meetings with Mr. Konstantin Chuychenko, the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, and Ms. Irina Podnosova, the President of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

Additionally, Mr. Şentürk and the accompanying delegation visited Mr. Tanju Bilgiç, the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Moscow.

General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Muhsin Şentürk participated in a high-level session titled "Mobilizing Law Enforcement for Enhanced Climate Action" at the 29th Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, held on November 15, 2024, in Baku, Azerbaijan. Mr. Şentürk was accompanied by Prosecutors at the General Prosecution Office of Supreme Court of Appeal, Mrs. Seda Türkan Manav Dursun and Mrs. Semra Özdinç.
During the conference, the need to strengthen law enforcement in order to protect biodiversity and combat environmental crimes was emphasized. Specifically, it was highlighted that international cooperation should be increased in the fight against crimes such as illegal logging, wildlife trafficking, and marine pollution. It was also stressed that legal frameworks should be improved, and justice systems should be integrated into climate change and biodiversity agendas. Furthermore, strategies were discussed to reduce the carbon footprint of law enforcement agencies through the adoption of renewable energy, digital technologies, and energy-efficient practices.
Mr. Şentürk and his accompanying delegation also visited the Türkiye Pavilion and the Zero Waste Türkiye Pavilion set up within the context of COP29. Within the context of this visit, a meeting was held with the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, Mr. Kamran Aliyev, in his office.

General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Muhsin Şentürk, Prosecutor at the General Prosecution Office Mr. Necati Nursal and Prosecutor Responsible for International Relations at the General Prosecution Office Ms. Seda Türkan Manav Dursun participated in the “29th  Annual Conference and General Meeting of the International Association of Prosecutors” held on 29 September - 2 October 2024 in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, on “The Multifaceted Role of the Prosecutor in Upholding the Rule of Law and Ensuring the Integrity and Effectiveness of the Criminal Justice System”. 
During the meeting, in the Plenary Session 1 held on 30 September 2024, the General Prosecutor made a presentation on “National approach to balancing the three main pillars of an independent criminal justice system – challenges and responses”. 
Furthermore, in the Plenary Session 3 held on 2 October 2024, Mr. Necati Nursal made a presentation on “Benefits, Risks and Legal Liability of Artificial Intelligence in the Criminal Justice System, Debates, International Instruments and Judgements”. 
During the course of the conference, Mr. Şentürk and the accompanying delegation have visited Mr.Cahit Bağcı, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Baku,  Mr. Kamran Aliyev, the General Prosecutor of Azerbaijan, and Mr. Inam Karimov, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan in their offices. 
During the conference Mr. Muhsin Şentürk and the accompanying delegation also held bilateral meetings with the delegations of the General Prosecution Offices of Azerbaijan, Georgia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, United Kingdom, Mongolia, the Sultanate of Oman and Sweden. 
In addition, within the context of this meeting, the High Court and the Prosecutor's Office of Khankendi in Karabakh region which was liberated from occupation, and the Rectorate of Karabakh University were visited.
