Palestinian Attorney General Dr. Ahmed Barrak, accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit to Turkey on 15-17 February 2018 upon the official invitation of the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA. During the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the General Prosecution Offices of both Countries and a presentation was made regarding the structure, duties and powers of the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal and mutual information and opinions were exchanged.

Prosecutor General of Mongolia Mr. Enkh-Amgalan Magvannorov, accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit to Turkey on 17-21 December 2017 upon the official invitation of the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA. Prosecutor General of the Republic of Albania Mr. Adriatik Llalla, accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit to Turkey on 30 October–3 November 2017 upon the official invitation of the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet Akarca. During the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the General Prosecution Offices of both Countries and a presentation was made regarding the structure, duties and powers of the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal and mutual information and opinions were exchanged.

Attorney General of the Republic of Angola Dr. Joao Maria Moreira de Sousa, accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit to Turkey on 9-13 October 2017 upon the official invitation of the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA. During the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the General Prosecution Offices of both Countries and a presentation was made regarding the structure, duties and powers of the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal and mutual information and opinions were exchanged.

Upon the invitation of Chief State Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo Mr. Aleksander Lumezi; General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA, accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit to the Republic of Kosovo on 2-5 October 2017.
