Official visit to the Kingdom of Morocco
President of the Supreme Court of Appeal of the Republic of Türkiye Mr. Mehmet Akarca and General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Bekir Şahin paid an official visit to the Kingdom of Morocco between 30 November–4 December 2022 upon the invitations of Mr. M’hammed Abdenabaoui, First President of the Court of Cassation and President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power of the Kingdom of Morocco and Mr. El Hassan Daki, President of the Public Prosecution. The accompanying delegation consisted of member of the Second Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet Kasım Çetin, member of the Third Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mustafa Doğru, and Senior Prosecutor Responsible for the International Relations at the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal Dr. İlknur Altuntaş.
During the visit, the delegation had meetings with the First President of the Court of Cassation and the President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power of the Kingdom of Morocco, President of the Public Prosecution and Minister of Justice. Also, the delegation visited the Regional Court of Appeal in Rabat.
Official Visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan
General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal, Mr. Bekir Şahin paid an official visit to Uzbekistan between 23-26 May 2022 upon the invitation of General Prosecutor of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mr. Yuldashev Nigmatilla Tulkinovich. The accompanying delegation of Mr. Bekir Şahin consisted of Senior Prosecutors of the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal, Mr. Bahattin Azizağaoğlu and Ms. Dr. İlknur Altuntaş. Within the scope of the visit, Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal of the Republic of Türkiye and the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to strengthen cooperation and share experiences.
During the visit, Mr. Şahin and his delegation had meetings with Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent. Also, the delegation held meetings with the Prosecutor's Offices of Samarkand and Bukhara region.
Official Visit to the Russian Federation
General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Bekir Şahin and Prosecutors of the Supreme Court of Appeal Ms. Dr. İlknur Altuntaş and Mr. Mustafa Başer participated in "the Ceremonial Events dedicated to the 300th Anniversary of the Prosecution Service of the Russian Federation " held in Moscow between 11-14 January 2022 upon the official invitation of Mr. Igor Krasnov, Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. Within the scope of the program, Mr. Şahin and heads of the delegations were received by the President of the Russian Federation Mr. Vladimir Putin. Also, Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation and the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal in order to strengthen cooperation and share experiences.
Official visit to France
General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Bekir Şahin and Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Dr. Sacit Yılmaz participated in "the Judicial Seminar and Solemn Hearing of the European Court of Human Rights" held by the European Court of Human Rights on 10 September 2021 in Strasbourg/France.
Official visit to Azerbaijan
Upon the invitation letter from the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Kamran Aliyev; the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Bekir Şahin, accompanied by the Prosecutors of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Ömer Kara, Ms. Dr. İlknur Altuntaş, Mr. Turan Kuloğlu and Mr. Salih Ay, paid an official visit to Azerbaijan between 29 May-3 June 2021. A new Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 31 May 2021 to replace the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 16 March 2015 in order to strengthen cooperation and share experiences between the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal. Mr. Şahin was awarded with a “medal” by the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Kamran Aliyev for the strong cooperation and friendly relations with General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Official visit to Qatar
Prosecutors of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Necati Nursal, Mr. Kemal Aksakal, Mr. Orhan Uzun and Mr. Mehmet Mahir Kara participated in the "High-Level Meeting of the Global Judicial Integrity Network" held between 25-26 February 2020 in Qatar.
Official visit to Macedonia
Upon the invitation letter from the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Macedonia Mr. Jovo VANGELOVSKİ; the President of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. İsmail Rüştü Cirit, the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA, accompanied by a delegation, attended the official program for “the Macedonian Judicial Day " on 28-31 March 2018.
Official visit to Strasburg
The President of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. İsmail Rüştü Cirit, the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA, accompanied by a delegation attended the Judicial Seminar 2018 organised by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on 26 January 2018.

Within the scope of cooperation between Prosecutor General's Office of Kazakhistan and Turkey Justice Academy; upon the invitation letter from the Prosecutor General of Kazakhistan, the President of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. İsmail Rüştü Cirit, the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA, accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit to Kazakhistan on 21-28 October 2017.

Upon the invitation letter from the Attorney General of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China Mr. Cao Jianming; the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA and the Deputy General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Halil ADIGÜZEL, accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit to People’s Republic of China on 21-25 November 2016.

Within the framework of establishing professional and scientific relations; upon the invitation letter from the General Prosecutor of Qatar Dr. Ali Bin Fetais Al-Marri, Turkish delegation composed of the President of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. İsmail Rüştü Cirit, the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA and the First Deputy President of the Supreme Court of Appeal and the members of the Supreme Court of Appeal paid an official visit to Qatar on 30 November-3 December 2016.

Genera Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA, accompanied by a delegation paid an official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain on 5-9 March 2016. During this visit Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the General Prosecution Offices of both Countries.

Federal Prosecutor General of Germany Dr. Peter Frank paid an official visit to Ankara between 5-7 July 2022 upon the invitation of the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Bekir Şahin. The accompanying delegation of the Federal Prosecutor General of Germany Dr. Peter Frank consisted of Head of the Cabinet of the Federal Public Prosecutor General Mr. Wolfram Nettersheim.
During the meetings held at the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal within the framework of the visit, strengthening of the legal cooperation between two countries was evaluated and mutual opinions were exchanged.
Within the framework of the official program, the Federal Prosecutor General of Germany, Dr. Peter Frank was received by the President of the Republic of Türkiye Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Mr. Frank and his delegation had meetings with the President of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet Akarca and the Minister of Justice Mr. Bekir Bozdağ.

Prosecutor General of Italy Mr. Giovanni Salvi paid an official visit to Ankara between 12-14 June 2022 upon the invitation of the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Bekir Şahin. The accompanying delegation of the Prosecutor General of Italy Mr. Giovanni Salvi consisted of Advocate General of the Prosecutor General’s Office Mr. Renato Finocchi Ghersi.

Director of Public Prosecutions of Zambia Ms. Fulata Lillian Shawa - Siyunyi paid an official visit to Ankara between 22-23 November 2021 upon the invitation of the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Bekir Şahin. The accompanying delegation of the Director of Public Prosecutions of Zambia Ms. Fulata Lillian Shawa - Siyunyi consisted of State Advocates of Zambia Ms. Mable Chinusho Bauleni Nawa, Ms. Fannie Nyirenda, and Ms. Margaret Hakasenke.
