Mr. Shen Liang, Vice President of the Supreme People’s Court of China, and the accompanying delegation, who are in Ankara as official guests of the Presidency of the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Türkiye, paid a visit to the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal of the Republic of Türkiye.

During the inter-delegation meeting chaired by Mr. Muhsin Şentürk, General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal of the Republic of Türkiye, discussions focused on the legal systems of the Republic of Türkiye and the People’s Republic of China, the importance of sharing judicial experience, as well as the duties, powers, and functioning of the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal. The parties also exchanged views and information on matters of mutual interest.

The meeting further emphasized the importance of further advancing the dialogue between the two countries through institutional contacts and the mutual exchange of experience in the field of judiciary.
