The Attorney General of Malaysia, Mr. Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki Bin Mokhtar, paid an official visit to Ankara on 19–22 April 2026 at the invitation of the Prosecutor General of the Supreme Court of Appeal of the Republic of Türkiye, Mr. Muhsin Şentürk, accompanied by his delegation.

The delegation included the Head of the Prosecution Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers of Malaysia, Mr. Dato’ Masri bin Mohd Daud, the Deputy Head of the Civil Law Division, Mr. Ahmad Hanir bin Hambaly Arwi, and the Special Officer II to the Attorney General of Malaysia, Mr. Muhamad Shahirun Azri bin Mohd Nordin.

During the visit, the delegation was accompanied by the Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Malaysia in Ankara, Mr. Muhamad Rizal Md Abdullah, and other Embassy officials.

As part of the visit, on 20 April 2026, the Attorney General of Malaysia and his delegation visited the Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal of the Republic of Türkiye. During the meeting, the Prosecutor General, Mr. Muhsin Şentürk, provided detailed information on the structure, functioning, duties, and competences of the institution.

The parties emphasized that strengthening judicial cooperation between Türkiye and Malaysia would contribute to the further development of institutional relations.
