Upon the invitation letter from the President of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Mr. Ramiz RZAYEV; the President of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. İsmail Rüştü Cirit, the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA, accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit to Azerbaijan on 17-22 April 2016.
