Upon the invitation letter from the General Prosecutor of Bulgaria Mr. Sotir TSATSAROV; the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeal Mr. Mehmet AKARCA, accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit to Bulgaria on 11-16 April 2016.
