TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Ensures that hardware and software are installed, maintained and secured at the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal,

Ensures that the information system is operational, follow up with technological advances and update the systems accordingly,

Carries out technical work and process relating to servers, user accounts, internet and intranet sites, electronic signature and electronic documents at the General Prosecution Office of the Supreme Court of Appeal.

UYAP SUPPORT

Performs such tasks as trouble-shooting in the UYAP operating system, trouble-shooting the faults in UYAP flow of files originating from UYAP software or users, user authorization for UYAP of public prosecutors of the Supreme Court of Appeal and staff, disabling the user authorizations of public prosecutors and staff who have left the institution, developing UYAP screens as needed and preparing necessary documents on updates and informing the users accordingly, providing the necessary field support on UYAP software to public prosecutors of the Supreme Court of Appeal and staff.
